Newest Optical Technologies
We have state of the art measuring devices, lens tinting technology, and an in-office lens edger that can add patient specific prescriptions into any frame they choose. This gives us the ability to create same day glasses for many patients.
Sunglasses
Sunglasses protect your eyes from harmful ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Quality sun-wear provides 100 percent UV protection and can significantly reduce the risk of vision problems caused by sunlight such as cataracts and retinal damage. Polarized lenses reduce glare, making colors appear richer and details sharper while helping minimize squinting and eye strain.
Anti-Reflective Lenses- Our #1 Recommendation!
Anti-reflective (AR) lenses reduce glare and reflections, allowing more light to reach your eyes for clearer, more comfortable vision—especially when driving at night or using digital devices.
Computer Lens
Computer lenses should include Antireflective coating because it will reduce the reflections in the lens and will help with the glare and fatigue from your computer and overhead fluorescent lights that may be in your office. Our Antireflective carries a One year warranty against everyday scratches. Please see one of our Opticians for details on this product.
If patients have Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) they may benefit from a pair of computer glasses.
Patients who suffer from CVS may experience symptoms that include:
- Headache
- Loss of focus
- Burning/ Tired Eyes
- Tearing
- Dry Eyes
- Red Eyes
- Contact Lens Discomfort
- Blurred Vision
- Shoulder, Neck and Back Pain
